Value Blog Hosting (VBH) is a new site inspired by ad filled free blogs and by sites that do not offer this type of hosting. We have plans based on blogs/small personal sites so yes you don't get tons of space but you don't need it and also since you don't have tons of services the prices are very low =)

- Q. Are there any hidden charges ?
- A. No. What the plans page says is what you pay.
- Q. I don't know how to set up a blog,forum etc.
- A. Our support team will set up any blog script that you need just submit a support ticket at http://www.valuebloghosting.com/supportdesk/
- Q. What payments do you take ?
- A. For the time being we only accept PayPal.
- Q. Why is there only a option to pay for some plans only yearly for example.
- A. Well the Basic Plan is only $9.99 a year and if we would add a monthly cost to that say make it $1 a month with paypal fees and so on it's not worth everyones hassle.
Since it's a very low cost anyhow We don't think it needs monthly etc payment options.
- Q. How fast will support respond to tickets?
- A. Normaly 3 to 4 hours. As a baseline, within 24 hours you should have some support staff dealing with your tickets.
